Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms apply to the Lello app and to getlello.com, published by Lineage Technologies, Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DET Dubai Trader License no. 1639817). By using Lello you agree to them. A parent or guardian accepts them on behalf of their child.
Using Lello
- Lello is for personal, non-commercial family use.
- Parents are responsible for how their child uses the app, including the story-friend chat.
- Stories and replies may be written with the help of AI. We work to keep them gentle and age-appropriate, but we cannot guarantee every word.
Subscriptions
Lello offers optional subscriptions, billed by Apple or Google. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Content
Lello's stories, characters, artwork, voices and design belong to Lineage Technologies or its licensors. Please don't copy or redistribute them.
Liability
We provide Lello as it is and do our best to keep it available and working. As far as the law allows, Lineage Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
